##Zoning and Proposed Demolition Updates
Southern Area Proposed Re-Zoning Update

This public hearing is to be rescheduled due to an advertising issue - likely sometime in Oct. at 9:30am. The proposed plan went to the City Council’s Planning and Zoning Committee (mtg 6.9.26 3pm - public was not allowed to speak). The decision/recommendation on Highland Park’s part of the plan was postponed. On 6.2.26 at a special called mtg, residents voted to support the committee’s recommendations (with the removal of 2906 Highland Ave from the list of properties of concern).

Our zoning committee has been working hard to protect historic homes in HP.
